Shipping & Returns


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer various international express shipping method for your choice, like Aramex, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. You can choose one shipping method with certain to deliver time and shipping cost at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Our carriers do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please leave correct office addresses or home addresses for shipping when you checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

We usually declare a lower value as default if no special request from you.


We always pack the items you ordered in good condition packaging for shipment. will take responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to contact us for compensation. If you didn't receive the packaging and it was lost during shipment, we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and will ship another same item to you or make a full refund to you.


REFUND POLICY put its customers' purchase satisfaction at top priority.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us, we're here to help.

We'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the item total price minus Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges within certain days of your purchases. Our policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange and Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will ship out the products you need to exchange within 3 business days and notify you of a tracking number.

If you don't want any exchange and request refund, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item we received. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original PayPal account. 


You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning and exchanging your items if it's not because we sent you the wrong items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
