Where are you based and where will the goods be shipped from?

We are based in Shanghai China. The products are shipped from our Shanghai factory to worldwide customers of the below countries by UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, DPEX etc express shipping. >>Shipping & Return

When will you ship out the goods after I place the order?

Usually, we will pack and ship out in-stock products in 2~3 days after receiving your order. Currently, you are able to receive them in 7~15 days after shipped in Covid-19.

Can I order samples to check size and quality before ordering bulk?

Yes, you can contact us to request a custom sample that you are interested in. Usually, we can send free in-stock samples if you are willing to pay the international shipping cost. In-stock sample request page click here.

What's the minimum order of customized paper packaging?

For custom paper boxes, rigid boxes, custom paper shopping bags, the general minimum order quantity is 1000pcs per size, but for startups, we support lowering the minimum quantity to 500 pcs. For custom cardboard tubes, our general minimum is 2000pcs per size, but we can also lower the minimum to 1000 pcs per size to support.

What's the production time of customized paper packaging?

For custom paper packaging, a sample usually takes 5~7 days, it will be longer if the finish is complicated. Custom packaging mass order production usually takes 10~15 days.

Can I place an order with a PayPal account? Can I wire transfer the funds to your company?

Yes, if you don't want to transfer the money through PayPal, you can wire transfer the funds for your order to our below bank accounts, and send the bank slip/receipt after your transfer. You can also contact us to request a Proforma Invoice from us for the payment.

Please note that our accounts can only accept payments from company bank accounts, any transfers from personal accounts have to be returned.
